Made-to-Order Items
- Made-to-order items are crafted specifically for you and are therefore not eligible for returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
- Made-to-order items require full payment at checkout.
In-Stock Items
- Complimentary delivery on all orders.
- Estimated delivery within 3–4 business days.
- Duties included. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- A €20 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A €20 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@serravalle.co so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Made-to-order items
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original product in accordance with this policy. Once the return has been accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
European Union – Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing at hello@serravalle.co within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
